PRIVACY POLICY
How we use your information
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains how AdviserLeads, a service run by MultiplyClients.io (“AdviserLeads”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or apply to work with us. We are the controller of that information under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
AdviserLeads is a service run by MultiplyClients.io.
Contact: harvey.luke@multiplyclients.io
What we collect
- Details you give us in the application: your first and last name, email address, mobile number, and your answers about your firm (FCA authorisation, the areas you advise on, client assets, meeting capacity, budget, goals and challenges).
- Booking details: if you book a call, the date and time you choose and the details you enter in our scheduling tool.
- How you reached us: the advert, campaign and link you clicked (for example UTM tags and Meta's click identifier).
- Technical and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the steps you complete, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and advertising” below). Our own step-by-step statistics are anonymous: they don't contain your name or contact details.
How we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your application, check whether we can work with your firm, and arrange and hold a strategy call. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To contact you about our services by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, as described when you submitted the form. Legal basis: your consent (for SMS, WhatsApp and some email) and our legitimate interests (for business-to-business calls and email). You can opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website, including telling Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone applies or books a call, so our adverts reach the right firms. Legal basis: your consent to non-essential cookies, and our legitimate interests.
- To keep the service secure and filter out spam or fake submissions. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): advertising measurement through the Meta pixel and Conversions API (your email, phone and name are sent in hashed, scrambled form), and WhatsApp messages.
- Calendly: call scheduling.
- Our CRM and internal team tools (such as HighLevel and Discord): managing your enquiry and letting our team follow up.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers.
International transfers
Some of these providers process information outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK's adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or by approved contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep application and booking details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client (in which case our client agreement applies) or ask us to delete them sooner. Anonymous website statistics may be kept longer.
Cookies and advertising
This website uses the Meta pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) to measure our adverts, and stores a small amount of information in your browser so your application and booking work across pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control how Meta uses information for adverts in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it (including objecting to direct marketing at any time), to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email harvey.luke@multiplyclients.io.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
